Cancellation & Refund policy
Deliciousfoods advises our customers to choose their items carefully as Deliciousfoods does not accept returns of correctly shipped items. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective. Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item, please do not open the package. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with or are not in their original condition. Order cancellation will be possible only if the request is made before the product has been shipped, typically within 48 hours or 2 working days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request cannot be honoured if the order has been communicated to the fulfillment team and they have initiated the process of dispatching the order (again, typically 48 hours or 2 working days of the order being placed).
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
No cancellations are possible for those products that the Deliciousfood.in marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Ramzan or Bakri Eid, Christmas, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, etc. and major festivals .These are limited occasion offers and, therefore, cancellations are not possible.
If your food products arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us directly at +91 70934 60111 or write to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to resolve the problem. In case the wrong product has been shipped, please bring it to the notice of our Customer Service Team by calling +91 70934 60111 or email@example.com as soon as you receive the product or within 24 hours of it’s delivery. The Customer Service Team will swiftly arrange for reverse shipping of the order and send the correct product forthwith. Please ensure that the product packaging is not tampered with. These being perishable and edible produce, we have to exercise abundant caution and cannot accept the return of a tampered package. In case of cancellation within the stipulated time period, a full refund will be issued without any deductions back to the customer. Refunds may take up to 5-10 days depending on the customer’s bank/card company’s policies.
We deal in perishable, edible produce and, as such, we cannot accept returns of any correctly ordered, shipped, and delivered items.
